"Impossible to get an appointment as a new patient, they asked for tests and referrals to even consider an appointment!"

"I have no problems with the doctor but with the staff, I was unpleased. They told me that in 2 weeks they will have my biopsy results and to call them. I called several times and left messages, no one return my calls even though the machine said that they will return the call the next day which is untrue, I was getting frustrated to be calling and getting transfer to a voicemail and leaving messages for a week now. This was unprofessional of the staff not return your call and to be keep of not knowing your results. "
