General Practitioner - Levittown, PA

"This practice only has hours 9-5, M-T and 9-11, F. This practice is good if you only need routine care ( flu, cold, shots) or maintenance medications. If you have a serious injury or illness please go somewhere else. They just give you referrals to specialists. If you have a PPO just skip the PCP and go directly to the specialist. The front desk staff are pleasant. The nurses that call with the doctor’s orders are rude and not able to explain what the doctor's orders are. You never get to talk to the doctor on the phone. They do not follow up with your insurance carrier to get necessary tests authorized. It seems they do not look at your chart before spouting off next steps to follow for your continuing problems. I have been a patient with this practice for more than 20 years, but never had a serious condition, until now."
