"I have severe hip pain that has ended my life as I know it for all of 2022. Seeing Krpan is a disappointing waste of time. I have severe pain that shoots to 10 with tears pouring out my eyes. Krpan wont prescribe pain meds, had me go to physical therapy before doing an MRI to find the cause, which only made the pain worse. He looks at MRI all of 30 seconds, then says I only have a pain level of 1-3. I explained, I’ve had 2 kids, all natural births w/ NO pain medication. Severely dislocated my knee, Broke several bones in my foot, had gall bladder & appendix removal, among other painful things in my life, I know what pain is. Krpan treated me like I was lying. He is an un-caring arrogant doctor. Now he says I should see a spine specialist. More run around, in severe pain. How will a spine doctor help a hip? I’m only 60 years old & house bound in pain thanks to Krpan. He should not be a doctor in my book. Apparently, After talking to a friend who had similar treatment from him, he doesn’t like treating older women. "

"Dr. James A. Krcik is a coward. I saw him 3 times and each time he had to idea who I was. He lost my paperwork, when it was located I asked for it back to take it somewhere else, lost it again, once found he had signed and initialed it (saying it was received and reviewed) but yet he had no idea why I was there. I called and emailed a request for him to call me about my lost results. Dr. Krcik refused to call me as a patient under his direct care. When I emailed him in the livewell app, I got a respond from his staff saying "He will never call you". When I contacted the CEO to complain I was just treated like a criminal and later Dr. Krcik recommended me to another doctor, just to get me out of his hair. He falsified his appointment notes to make it seem he was more helpful than he was. Dr. Krcik wasted my time, money and allowed my prolonged pain for over 6 months. His facility in South Elgin is disorganized, the staff are self righteous and Dr. Krcik only cares about himself. "

"Sam works for Workman's comp companies to deny claims. After a workplace injury of falling off of a ladder I needed surgery on my rotator cuff. After surgery and much physical therapy and injections my doctor said that a second surgery is needed to relieve pain. I was sent for an appointment far away on the north side of Chicago. It was an abandoned medical building. He never showed up. I had to reschedule for an appointment in Arlington Heights. When he walked into the room I tried to be polite but he was cold as ice. His mission was to give me a bad report and that is exactly what he did. His report was full of lies. Workman's comp cut off any future medical treatment and stopped my workman's comp payments. He hurt me so bad financially but what hurt me worse was the pain in my heart that a doctor would do this just to make some quick cash from workman's comp. I will neve forgive him for doing this to honest people."
