"My first negative experience was in the waiting room. I was given a bunch of papers to fill out because they did not mail them to me (including the directions). When I completed them I returned to the receptionist who handed me back the instructions for completing the paper work and directions. I asked her to throw them away because there was no trashcan in the waiting room and she refused. My blood pressure was taken without the use of a stethoscope because the aid said she'd been trained that way. I'm a retired RN and you can only palpate the upper number so she had no idea of what my BP was. When I finally got to Dr. Elston, things only got worse. He sat in the doorway asking 1uqestions where anyone could hear. My husband was with me and the dr was very rude to him asking why he was there. his examination was rough. My knees were extremely swollen and he had no consideration for the pain I was experiencing. He made rude 'nurse' jokes and his manner was quite unprofessional. His desk (which I could see from the hallway was cluttered with patients paper charts. He stated he doesn't use the computer. No one should be subjected to this type of environment, personality or lack of privacy. I will never return nor would I recommend him to my worst enemy."

"I had to wait 8 months for my visit, waited another hour in the waiting room, then was seen by Dr Glickman who didn't listen to anything I had to say, prescribed a very expensive drug that wasn't on my insurance and left the room in a whirlwind - I think she was in the room about 5 minutes at most. I would never recommend this Dr when there are many decent endo's out there who actually listen to their patients."
