"My husband who rarely goes to the doctor, started seeing this doctor about a year and a half ago, randomly after not seeing him for a couple months he got a letter stating that he would no longer be his provider. When calling the office to determine why that would be, they wouldn't advise why and said there was no chance on accepting him back, or asking the doctor why he was removed or if would be accepted again. My husband had a previous insurance and we thought it could be he didn't accept that insurance anymore. But apparently that isn't the case. How can a doctor stop being your doctor randomly out of the blue. My husband hadn't been in months, and it wasn't like he was being prescribed anything narcotic related at all. In this COVID situation in order to get a new patient appointment you have to wait months, and going to the hospital you have to risk catching COVID when you should be able to just see your PCP. "

"What is the sense of an appointment if you sit there for an hour before being seen? front Office calling-good luck. If you want to see an MD good luck all you get is a PA. Recently I went in with severe back pain in the kidney area and pain in the leg. That PA sent me to a urologist, and the urologist asked why, for a pain in my back because the PA thought it was my prostate. He said it was skeletal and I should go back to the primary. Then I requested the MD; with no luck; and saw a different PA of my choosing and needed it ASAP. That PA sent me for an MRI and no one called and followed up weeks later. Mind you I am in pain and losing leg functions. I get a copy of the MRI and call them( the MRI provider said it was faxed to them). Then I get that 8 pm call again and they ask ME if I could bring the MRI to the office for them to review it. Maybe they should use the portal to view it.WOW-I have been going here for 30 plus years and it's time for a change for better care for me. The office staff is clueless about what's going on and are so busy they use an answering service or something like that to call you at 8 pm from an unknown number to talk to you. It seems like it's all about how many they can cram in a day and bill. So Sad that Dr. Gebaurer had the practice it was much more controlled and patient care was stellar. Hunt Club Medical needs a revamp and show what patient care is supposed to be like if that's possible."
