In fairness, it isn't clear whether the source of his Dr. Jamil's medical malpractice is carelessness, callousness, garden variety incompetence, or some combination of all three. The question will haunt you, though, when he looks up from your chart at the end of this expensive, time consuming, helter-skelter medical odyssey, and offers you a shoulder shrug instead of a diagnosis.
