"Dr. Hebrard, Is one of the Good Southern style doctors practicing today. He cares about his patients overall health. He is a people person, who comes off with honesty, respect and sound judgement. In the old days our forefathers named the doctors by the type of service they provided. A Good Southern doctor was said to visit the house and not just cure the present illness, but seek to cure future possibilities. Dr, Hebrard gives this kind of treatment to all his patients. He stands above many doctors today, in that he is honest, caring and takes a personal commitment to his patients wellbeing. I have been a patient of Dr. Hebrard's since 2002, and to date I have been successful in not using prescribed pain medications. Many doctors today prescribe strong medications to deal with pain, not Dr. Hebrard. He has taught me how to deal with my pain using exercise, and strengthening techniques. I currently and in the past have suffered with hip and back pain, strong pains that come without warning. I was sick with a different type of illness than Dr. Hebrard treats. Because he cared enough to analysis my entire situations. He referred me to see another type of doctor. He saved my life, because if he had ignored my signs, I would not be here today. My HMO had documented the illness, but did nothing to treat it, so it went untreated until Dr. Hebrard, referred me to another doctor. It came to light that my other illness was affecting my muscles and reactions to my therapy which had worked in the past. Dr. Hebrard took time to explain to me what was happening and why I did not know I was sick, and how it was affecting my overall health, to include why my pain was intensified. I can remember a day, I was hungry, tired and had not eaten in probably three days. I had given the only food I had to my children, as most mothers would. I had an appointment with him that day, and I never told him I had not eaten in a few days. He entered the treatment room, looked at me and said "your losing weight too fast, after I examine you, when you go to the front desk to schedule your next visit, tell my staff to call next door and authorize a meal for you on my tab". Right to the date I am writing this review, I never told him I was hungry. This Man is God sent, his spirit is one of healing, comforting and respect for mankind. Dr. Hebrard is a man with healing hands, mind and the utmost respect my most of his patients. I give him a 10 out of 10. I believe he would make a very good mentor to newer physicians, who chose the profession because they want to make a difference, in curing sick patients. "
