"This Dr Dounel was totally unprofessional and dismissive when there was a mixup of insurance information. My Aetna app told me I was in his network so I assumed I was getting in network pricing. After getting injected to be numbed for a filling replacement I was reading my insurance information and realized he was quoting me for out of network pricing. I asked him for clarification but he assured me I was out of his network. So I told him I don’t want the services and he was more than willing to let me walk out versus try to help me solve the problem. I restated he was definitely in my network but he told me I wasn’t and had me pay for the numbing injection $50. After leaving and calling my insurance turns out I was correct and he is in my network. So after maybe 10 mins with my mouth still numb I go back in to explain they are in my network, he was wrong, and I want my filling fixed but he told me he has no time today and he’ll call me to reschedule. At most he should’ve told me I wasn’t in his network before we began. At least he should’ve seen me before his other patients and fixed my filling. I have a hole in my tooth. This guy was not looking out for me."

"since they work in my teeth I have a lot of issues they don't care all they care is about the money if needs a clean up they always come out with some issues to charge more never come back to these place"
