Neurologists - Mesa, AZ

"Uneducated office staff, goes by the name of China, who can't properly send a referral for tests and actually asks me to call for my own referrals which should be her job. She even lied to me and said the referral was received by someone. I called the place and they said they don't even have a person by that name working there. I went to the office to confront them and they came up with the excuse that the place doesn't take my insurance. I called the place, they do take my insurance and I had to send my own referral and finally got an appointment. They're uneducated and seriously need training on how to do their job. She can't even answer the phone properly. So unprofessional. I was seen by the nurse practitioner. Not even a full diagnosis. And the doctor just repeated what the NP said as I was leaving. "

"Took my daughter to see Dr Marzulo. Office is less than impressive but convenient to NE Mesa. Staff were also less than impressive and professional looking but were nice enough. Dr Marzulo spent very little time with us and seemed very uninterested in information about her injury, symptoms or medical records including a very recent CT Scan. After a cursory examination he told her that she should just resume her normal activities, that she was a healthy young woman, and she'd be just fine. That was it! He acted like he couldn't be bothered and/or she was exaggerating her experience and symptoms. I would NEVER recommend Dr Marzulo to anyone! FYI: After talking with another neurologist, who was actually qualified, experienced and caring, we finally have a treatment plan. What a difference!"
