"I visited Dr. Komal Agarwal at Inspire Ob/Gyn by seeing all fancy 5 star reviews I had an incredibly disappointing and unethical experience with Dr.Komal Agarwal and her office management. Initially, Dr. Agarwal was very confident, stating my procedure was 'very easy' and would take only '10 seconds' to perform in the clinic. Me and my husband confirmed with her three seperate times, and she said she has done so many of these in the past in the clinic itself. And said its a very small procedure no need to worry about, she said i should be good in 10 min and i was in safe hands. and the office provided me with a quote for a in-office procedure which I accepted. This was a very emotional moment for us, all our family members were involved in the process, Me and my husband had a lot of hopes. However, just three days later, the story completely change. The office called and claimed they could no longer do it in the clinic and insisted on booking a surgery center-exponentially increasing the cost for no clear medical reason. It felt like a blatant attempt to meet 'office targets' rather than prioritize patient care. Dr. Agarwal is extremely fickle-minded, she does not stand by her medical statements or the promises she makes to her patients. It is heartbreaking to see a doctor treat patients as 'cash cows' instead of providing noble, ethical care. If you are looking for a provider who is consistent and not just money-minded, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I consulted her again through phone, asking the reason for this, she was very adamant to answer my questions and came up with some or the other reasons to do it in surgery center. "To Dr. Agarwal and the management at Inspire Ob/Gyn: I urge you to return to treating patients as part of a noble profession rather than a sources of revenue. It is a pity to see medical ethics sacrificed for office targets. When a doctor gives a confident promise three times and than retracts it for financial gain just days later, it degrades the trust of the entire community.""
