"First Dr. Starnes did a great job ridding me of the pain of carpal tunnel syndrome on my right hand/arm. I also had a great experience dealing with Dr. Starnes' PA, Ryan. Just an FYI (and they did say this), for me it did take a full six months to get full feeling back in my hand without any tingling. I am now having issues with my left hand and even though I know Dr. Starnes is a very good doctor, I will be looking elsewhere. The problem is with Pinnacle Orthopedics. I am not sure if they are understaffed or just unsure of how to run a medical office, but getting someone there to call you back is an act of tenacity/patience that I have never been through before...ever. I had to call Dr. Starnes surgery coordinator at least ten times just to get a call back. I also talked to the front desk and the office manager. This was just to get on the schedule. If you have carpel tunnel syndrome, you know the pain you experience. So continually making calls to hear nothing back while you are going through that shows me that the patient well being isn't Pinnacle's top priority. So here I am trying to get the left hand done. Recently, I have made a couple calls to Pinnacle with 2 very simple questions. I have left messages and guess what? Yep, no call back. They said they were having system's issues. Before it was that they were understaffed. Either way, I am at the point where I don't want to go through whatever the issues Pinnacle is having and find an office that is equipped to handle their patients in a more professional/efficient manner."

Our hands are not only incredibly useful and important for our daily functioning, but they are complex and delicate parts of our body.
