" I waited a long time in the waiting room during which time the office staff was talking about other patients (super inappropriate and uncomfortable). I had my records sent over early because they are fairly lengthy, she had not looked at literally anything and I spent most of the appt going over my history and she would get distracted and have me re-explain things. Super impatient. Told me my abdomen felt odd, had me take a pregnancy test, and didn't come back to say anything else after it came out negative. Awful experience. "

"I went to see Dr. Garza. He answer all my questions. Very kind and professional. The staff very nice and the place was really clean and organized. They gave me and excellent service. "

"Dr Kreller is amazing. From day 1 she has been truly impressive. Her bedside manner is wonderful. She has been so thorough in my care. She always provides different treatment options and recommendations, considering lifestyle changes, diet, exercise, supplements, and medications. I always feel like I am making progression in my health. I truly appreciate her attention to detail, research, and skill. Additionally, after my procedure, she reviewed all of my surgical images, results, and answered all my questions. Lastly, she prayed over me before my surgery and that meant so much to me. Her staff is also amazing, compassion, kind, and helpful. "

"25 YEARS ago I needed to have a cloposcopy. Because of this fact alone Dr. Sodoma is requiring another cloposcopy before she will remove my IUD. The Pap came back clean and had no trace of the 3 problematic cells. Still she insists that I MUST have one of the most painful procedures a woman can go through, before she will remove. Thankfully I was able to find another provider who feels this is unnecessary and will remove the IUD without putting me through the most excruciating pain I have ever felt!"

"I have never had a doctor I have loved as much as Dr. Reyes-Hailey. She is friendly and takes time with her patients to get to know them and also to put them at ease. I wish all doctors had the same philosophy and bedside manner. It would make patients feel more cared for. She is also amazingly gentle which is especially important for an OB/GYN. I told her I wished she was my primary care doctor!"

"My wife was seen by Dr. Tetreault at Valley Women for Women's Queen Creek office as part of her follow-up to giving birth (C-section) to twins. She was supposed to be seen at 6 weeks Post-delivery but she ended up rescheduling to 9 weeks. While in the exam room waiting for Dr. Tetreault my wife could hear her in the hall very loudly and rudely asking the nurse "Why is she even here, does she even need to be here." When she walked into the exam room the first words out of her mouth were "umm, I'm just a little confused, why are you even here." When my wife explained that she had to reschedule her 6 week appointment Dr. Tetreault very pointedly stated that 9 weeks is too far past to be considered post-partum care (which wasn't explained when my wife rescheduled) and that this visit couldn't be billed as post partum care. So the exam continued, my wife had concerns about her incision which Dr. Tetreault quickly dismissed with a well you'll have to go see a general surgeon for that, no other information other than that, no referral given to a general surgeon. My wife also is suffering from post partum anxiety and when she asked Dr. Tetreault about that she said "I'm not comfortable prescribing anything for that but if you tell me you have depression I can give you something for that." Again no referral to a therapist or to someone who could actual help with the anxiety. She had no sympathy or concern for what my wife was dealing with. Overall she was extremely rude and seemed annoyed that my wife was even there. Hands down the worst experience my wife has ever had with a doctor. "

"Dr. Villa was a pleasant surprise. My work changed insurance and I had to change my longtime OBGYN over to someone new. I learned from experience that you don't want to mess around with chains when it comes to women's health doctors, so I did my research and DR. Villa looked great. He was great in person too! He was funny, attentive, and explained himself real well when doing basic procedures. He also answered my questions and offered me the time and attentiveness to open up the floor to bring up any problems or concerns I may have about my health. Not all docs do that... openly ask if there is anything you are concerned about. Because then you might bring up a laundry list of issues, or take more time... But Doc Villa did his due diligence and with finesse. It was funny too, when he first walked in he looked like any old guy that just walked in off the street. Jeans, t-shirt, baseball cap. Looked like he wandered out of a truck stop more than anyone would have guessed OBGYN. lol. Anyway I really like this guy. He's a keeper. And I don't think I've had a fella OB before. Didn't even think about it so goes to show he made me comfortable. "

"I was seen right at 4:05 with no exceptions. The team is very kind and willing to assist. "
