"Appointment was set for 3:30 pm. At 4:10 pm i had to ask the front desk when i was going to be seen. Receptionist left desk to check in the back what was going on. When she returned i was told they were far to busy and i would have to make an appointment for the next day. Waste of time, never again. Mercy Health is AWFUL."
