"I was very impressed by both Dr. Ritesh Patel & Dr. Raj Patel, so much so that I switched to them for my primary care doctors. I was impressed by both their knowledge about my specific health needs and their bedside manner. I appreciate doctors who are on top of new finds in the medical field. My specific issues occur in less than 4% of the population, yet both doctors were right on top of them!"

"I've know Dr. Behnke for nearly 30 years now and he is by far my favorite primary care doctor. I don't live in Illinois now but in 2014 I was back in Illinois with a serious health problem that was not being solved by the doctors in Alaska. I ended up in the emergency room at Alexian medical center in Hoffman Estates. They admitted me to the hospital and asked me if Dr. Behnke was still my primary care doctor. I said yes and at 6 am the next morning there he was. It was wonderful to see someone I knew who cared! He was there every day through a long inpatient hospitalization and a small bowel resection surgery. I had a long recovery and Dr. Behnke and his staff were great! I'm living in Anchorage now and I have a good primary care doctor here but if I ever move back to the Schaumburg area Dr Behnke will be my choice for primary care. Dr. Behnke was a big part of a team that saved my life. He has a wonderful bed side manner. Great doctor, I really love this guy!"

"I have been seen Dr Diaz for about 5 years, both my daughters see her as well. What I like most about her is she takes her time to listen and to answer any questions. I do not feel as if I'm on a conveyor belt being pushed through so the next patient can be waited on. The staff is just as wonderful. Great team environment "

"This doctor has no empathy, emotions, or care for his patients. He is strictly business, in and out. If you ask any additional questions or ask him to about any other issue than the 1 specific item your appointment is for he will visibly get upset like you are robbing him of his time. Really sad that he treats his patients so poorly like a quick robotic transaction. No conversation, no personality...looks like he hates his job. After giving him a few tries, I will be finding someone else who is more passionate about being a doctor and helping people resolve their health issues. Lastly his office staff are pretty low on the customer service scale as well."
