She is understanding, she listens, she suggests, she HELPS! She doesn't just sit there, listen and nod her head, and say "see you next time" when the session ends. She provides suggestions for specific strategies for me to work on until the next session. She is not judgmental and communicates with tact and sensitivity. She makes me feel safe and valued.
