"Tried to establish care with a new ENT having moved to the area, as I have been advised by all ENTs I have seen since 2004 that I should be under regular observation (at least annual visits) for my ear problems. Dr. Becker was dismissive of this despite a plethora of provided medical records. He also took a personal phone call during my appointment. \r \r Office staff and nurses were excellent, though. Above and beyond expectations, especially since I had an anxious 6yo in tow. One of the best medical office staffs that I've experienced."
