"I should have listened to my instincts when the staff on the phone seemed annoyed to be providing me service. I quickly knew who it was that I spoke to when I encountered her at the office. A different receptionist acted annoyed to even greet me at the door. I have worked in the service industry a long time and just don't have the patience for unfriendliness. I even had a hard time finding which door was theirs in the array of buildings within the parking lot. I had received about half a dozen confirmations, in text, email, call prior to my appointment!! It was too much! The dr was very short with me during the appt, came across as judgmental when I said I prefer holistic treatment options first. He wanted to remove some moles on me at my first ever visit, which I was NOT prepared for. Handed me a bunch of reading materials and I was in and out in 15 minutes! I wasn't greeted by the staff nor the dr as a new patient or a thank you for my business. I had selected this dr based on the massive amount of good reviews. Needless to say, I will be seeking a 2nd opinion."
