"After Robert Young, PA examed me twice continuous 2 days for problems in 9/2016, but he didn't see anything for the diagnosis, charged 2 times for 2 visits for nothing. I found out what happened to me for 3 weeks before seeing him for medication, but he prescribed the ointment costed $500. I treated by myself for more than 3 wks. The medication was changed to lower price after my request for a week later to get it. I just have been with this Cinic for more than a year. I wanted to changed the new doctor instead, but the staff meshed up the PA person, and wasted my time to come back another week for a doctor's visit.
12/19/2016-I had the physical checkup, besides I had the kidney stone (?) (I researched the disease on online and diagnosed it by myself and asked a few relatives who had the same this), so painful on the right side. I couldn't sit, stand, walk, turn, bend, and do nothing. The pain looked like giving birth of 12/10 pain scale. I treated by myself with herbs. I visited the doctor Bradford Priddy (new doctor and Dr. Harlan South left) for physical check up and reported the signs/symptoms of kidney stone, but he didn't refer me to the urologist/ nephrologist or any specialist, no advice, no treatment, no procedure, no medications, no diagnosis. I requested the CT Scan and got it on the same day. I don't know what happened to me and waited for the result, but there wasn't CT Scan result from 12/19-12/26/2016. I called the clinic and left the messages as they wanted included my cell phone numbers twice, but the office called to another numbers which belonged to my big daughter who's living in California. (I already updated the phone number). I called them again about 4pm, and they closed office 2-3 pm. I called about the result today 12/26, and the clinic closed for the holidays. Nobody cares about patients. How do you think about this case?
Finally, I recovered the pain by herbs and pineapples which to break the stones and passed out themselves without any procedures. This is the truth. My sister and brother didn't have any procedures. Thanks God. I could celebrate the holidays with my family. I still wait for the CT Scan result. Thanks for reading.
"These people almost never answer the phone, do not return calls, the doctors always "have to see you" again, even if all you need is a refill on prescriptions they have already provided, the waiting room and examination rooms are nasty. They actually have that roll of paper that covers the examination table resting on the floor instead of on a dispenser underneath the table in some of the rooms. If I could give them a negative rating, I would. I'm going to find another doctor to go to. the only advantage here is that they are open on Saturdays."

What is Primary Care?
There are several kinds of primary care doctors. Which specialty you search for depends primarily on your age:
Adults see internal medicine doctors (also called "internists").
Babies, children, and teenagers see pediatricians.
Seniors see geriatricians.
Anyone can see a family medicine doctor.
Primary care doctors see people for check-ups, physical exams, or routine bloodwork. They also help people with chronic illnesses manage their conditions.
Primary care doctors are very important. If you haven’t seen a doctor in a while, you will most likely start with a primary care doctor. If you have medical problems or concerns, your primary care doctor can diagnose you and refer you to the right specialist for further consultation.
