"I liked Dr. Goldsmith and, more important, I trust him. We had an open and honest conversation about my hip pain. Yes his bedside manner could use a little boost yet he delivered the information professionally. I don't want someone to hold my hand, I needed the best and accurate medical information so I could make an informed decision. Besides, I would rather have a surgeon with great medical skills and less people skills."
"Uncaring, rude, condescending jerk. Came in with excruciating pain. He (or I'm guessing his PA since the person I saw doesn't look like this photo, even though everything is signed by him). Asked for an injection in my hip, told me he doesn't give injections on first visits (gave no valid reason for it). Told me I'm in pain because I'm fat. And that I may not realize it, but coffee has hidden calories and not all salads are healthy. 1) I probably know more about nutrition than this asshat. 2) I did not come to see a nutritionist, I can understand a comment about how my pain is more severe because I am heavy set, but I don't need his condescending tone about what foods I eat when he has NO idea what I eat. 3) So what, because I'm overweight I deserve to suffer and be in pain? What an f'in jerk. I only hope this man gets the same medical care he provides, when he is the one in pain. Also, you could stand to lose your beer belly, buddy. Take a look in the mirror."
